White River Energy Company opened its doors in Meeker, Colorado in 1997 in response to community demand for local propane services. Scheduled Route

Customers may choose to be placed on a Scheduled Route also known as a “Keep Full” status. White River Energy monitors Scheduled Route customer tank levels to maintain tanks at approximately 60% capacity.

Scheduled Routes are based upon historical usage. Scheduled Route Customers are responsible to monitor their propane use and should promptly notify White River Energy if overall usage increases or if the propane tank levels drops below 40%.

Emergency deliveries outside of the established Scheduled Route with less than five business day notice may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Refill Request

Will Call Route

Customers may select to receive deliveries on a “Will Call” basis whereby customers are responsible to monitor the amount of propane in their tank(s) and shall only receive deliveries upon request.

Will Call customer that require after hour or emergency deliveries shall be subject to a delivery charge of $100.00 for the Meeker service territory and $150.00 outside the Meeker service territory. Fees may be waived at the discretion of White River Energy if deliveries can be achieved during normal business hours. A minimum delivery of 150 gallons or 80% of tank capacity is required for all emergency deliveries.

What to Do If You Smell Gas

If you smell gas or can hear a gas leak, immediately put out all smoking materials or other open flames. Do not turn off any light switches or appliances. Safely have everyone exist the building. Once you are outside of the building or home, call 911 or White River Energy Company. Do not go back inside until emergency response personnel or a gas technician has shut off the gas, determined the issue and authorized your return.
